Instructions for Legalization Service

Please study the following instructions carefully and comply accordingly:

1. Download and complete the Legalization Application Form
   Please download the form below and fill it out correctly and completely.

2. Prepare and attach the required documents
   Together with the documents to be legalized and the duly completed application form, the applicant must attach:

   • A copy of the passport biodata page, and

   • Copies of visas showing the applicant’s previous travel history.

Important Notes:

1. Legalization services cannot be processed online or by email.

2. The Embassy does not provide delivery or courier services. The applicant or his/her authorized representative must submit all required documents in person at the Embassy.

3. Only original documents are accepted for legalization. Photocopies will not be processed.

4. If the application is submitted by an agent on behalf of the applicant, an original Power of Attorney executed properly and in due form must be presented.

5. The legalization process takes at least 3 working days from the date of submission.
