เมื่อวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เอกอัครราชทูตศศิริทธิ์ ตันกุลรัตน์ ยื่นสำเนาพระราชสาส์นตราตั้งแก่นาย Dhoihir Dhoulkamal รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศแห่งสหภาพคอโมโรส ในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่ง พร้อมทั้งหารือแนวทางการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับคอโมโรสในด้านต่าง ๆ อาทิ ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ การให้ทุนการศึกษา การแปรรูปและเพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิตการเกษตรเช่น วานิลลา ดอกกระดังงา กานพลู ซึ่งเป็นพืชที่ปลูกในคอโมโรส การลงทุนด้านประมง รวมทั้งความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับคอโมโรสในเวทีระหว่างประเทศต่าง ๆ ด้วย

On 2 February 2023, Ambassador Sasirit Tangulrat presented the copies of the Letter of Credence to His Excellency Mr. Dhoihir Dhoulkamal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Union of Comoros. Both sides discussed the ways to strengthen the relationship between Thailand and Comoros in various fields such as technical cooperation, scholarships, value addition for agricultural products e.g. Vanilla, Ylang Ylang, and cloves which are widely planted in Comoros, investment in fisheries, as well as cooperation in multilateral fora.
