On 13 July 2026, H.E. Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Ambassador-designate of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Kenya, presented copies of the Letter of Credence and the former Ambassador’s Letter of Recall to Ms. Severine Luyali, Chief of Protocol, at the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Kenya. The Chief of Protocol extended very warm welcome and congratulated Ambassador Birananda upon the latter’s assumption of her duty. Both sides discussed and exchanged views on the guidelines for foreign ambassadors in Kenya and preparations for the Presentation of Credentials Ceremony to the President of the Republic of Kenya.
