“ELIGIBILITY” (both Thais and non-Thais)

Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by WHO or Ministry of Public Health of Thailand no less than 14 days before departure. Travelers must show a proof of vaccination issued by a government authority. Children under the age of 18, traveling with parents, are eligible without a proof of vaccination.

Must have a health insurance (in English) which mentions that it covers treatment and medical expenses in relation to COVID-19, with a minimum coverage of 100,000 USD. (https://covid19.tgia.org/)

“REQUIREMENTS”

Flights

* Must fly to Phuket. Domestic transits in Thailand are currently not allowed.

Hotels

* Must stay at a hotel that meets the "SHA+ (Safety and Health Administration Plus)" standard at least 7 nights. Please see https://www.thailandsha.com/shalists/ for a list of SHA+ hotels.

* Confirmation of "SHA+" hotel booking must be issued under the SHABA system (SHA Plus Booking Authentication system) or booking under http://entrythailand.go.th/.

* Travelers wishing to stay less than 7 days can leave Thailand from Phuket. Those who stay more than 7 days are also allowed to travel to other parts of Thailand.

COVID-19 tests

* Travelers must present a RT-PCR negative test result issued no more than 72 hours before departure.

* Upon entry, travelers will have to undergo two COVID-19 tests during 7 days of stay in Phuket. Booking for COVID-29 tests can be made online through https://www.thailandpsas.com/.

Tracking application

* Travelers must install and use tracking application as prescribed by the Thai Government throughout the 7 days in Phuket, otherwise they may not be allowed to leave Phuket to other parts of Thailand after 7 days.

Certificate of Entry (COE)

* Travelers need to apply for a COE online at https://coethailand.mfa.go.th.

“ผู้ที่สามารถเข้าร่วมได้” (ทั้งคนไทยและคนต่างชาติ)

ได้รับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากองค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO) หรือกระทรวงสาธารณสุขไทยครบโดสแล้วอย่างน้อย 14 วันก่อนเดินทาง โดยจะต้องแสดงเอกสารยืนยันว่าได้รับการฉีดวัคซีนแล้วจากทางการ ทั้งนี้ เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีที่ไม่ได้รับการฉีดวัคซีนแต่เดินทางพร้อมกับผู้ปกครองสามารถเข้าร่วม Phuket Sandbox ได้

มีประกันสุขภาพที่ระบุว่าครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาล รวมทั้งกรณีติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 100,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ (https://covid19.tgia.org/)

“เงื่อนไขด้านต่างๆ”

เที่ยวบิน

* ต้องบินเข้า จ.ภูเก็ตเท่านั้น ขณะนี้ยังไม่สามารถไปเปลี่ยนเครื่องบินภายในประเทศเพื่อต่อไป จ.ภูเก็ตได้

โรงแรม

* ในช่วง 7 คืนแรกต้องจองโรงแรมมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านสุขอนามัย SHA+ (Safety and Health Administration Plus) เท่านั้น ดูรายชื่อโรงแรมได้ที่ https://www.thailandsha.com/shalists/

* ต้องแสดงเอกสารยืนยันการจองและชำระเงินโรงแรม SHA+ ที่ได้รับจากระบบ SHABA (SHA Plus Booking Authentication system) หรือเป็นการจองผ่าน http://entrythailand.go.th/ เท่านั้น

* หากประสงค์จะพำนักน้อยกว่า 7 วัน สามารถเดินทางจากประเทศไทยจาก จ.ภูเก็ตได้ หากอยู่เกิน 7 วัน สามารถเดินทางเดินทางไปยังจังหวัดอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติมได้

ผลตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19

* ต้องแสดงผลการตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19 โดยวิธี RT-PCR ระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนการเดินทาง

* ต้องตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19 รวม 2 ครั้งในช่วงที่อยู่ใน จ.ภูเก็ต 7 วัน โดยสำรองการตรวจหาเชื้อฯ จากเว็บไซต์ https://www.thailandpsas.com/

การติดตั้ง application ติดตามตัว

* ต้องติดตั้งและใช้ application ติดตามตัวตามที่รัฐบาลกำหนด โดยห้ามปิดระบบติดตามตัวตลอดระยะเวลาที่อยู่ใน จ.ภูเก็ต หากฝ่าฝืนอาจจะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เดินทางออกนอก จ.ภูเก็ตเมื่อครบ 7 วัน
