เมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2565 นางสาวศศิริทธิ์ ตันกุลรัตน์ ได้ยื่นพระราชสาสน์ตราตั้ง ต่อนาย Yoweri Museveni ประธานาธิบดีแห่งสาธารณรัฐยูกันดา ณ ทำเนียบประธานาธิบดี เมืองเอนเทบเบ้ เป็นเอกอัครราชทูตวิสามัญผู้มีอำนาจเต็มแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยประจำสาธารณรัฐยูกันดา ถิ่นพำนัก ณ กรุงไนโรบี
ประธานาธิบดียูกันดามีความสนใจสนทนาเกี่ยวกับประเทศไทยในหลายมิติ ทั้งการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และวัฒนธรรมไทย รวมทั้งบทบาทของสถานทูตในการดูแลชุมชนไทยในยูกันดา
On 31 March 2022, Her Excellency Ms. Sasirit Tangulrat presented the Credentials to His Excellency Mr. Yoweri Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Uganda with residence in Nairobi.
President of Uganda expressed interest and had a conversation about Thailand including Thai politcal and economic situations, Thai culture and society, and the Thai community in Uganda.
